Great colors and ambiental light, umm i think his theets brake the realism of the entire pic due the excesive light on them, try with more detailed theets (fangs or ummm......fangs) and dont bright that area too much, just my opinion.
But in the other hands i love how you made his hair and the choice of colors is perfect.
