Thank you! It's a wombat. I was raised in Australia, so a lot of the creatures of my imagination come from here.

You know, that's what I thought but I've never seen one in real life. Have you seen the book "Diary of a Wombat" its a really really adorable children's book.

I'm sorry to say I've never seen one in the wild, only in a couple of wildlife parks and a zoo. I've seen a lot of other Australian wildlife around the place, like possums, wallabies, kangaroos and an echidna last year, as well as all of the birds, but I'd love to bump into a real wombat one day. They are really very adorable.
