I drew this a while ago, using a basic mechanical pencil and my letraset greyscale maarkers... and im pretty happy with it ^^though, i was doing the line art in college while we were having a photoshop tutorial, and i left my fineliner on the page while glaring at the screen hence the big bleedy blob nexto the dragon in the distance's face ¬¬
Anywhoo, feel free to comment and criticise
this one tookest me about 3 hours to complete in full ~its meant to be my fire and water dragons looking more 'draco-like' and less like elaborate winged snakes o.o;

Well, I have done the line art for it now, and im not too unimpressed with it though I couldnt add all the details in!

Haha, Its mainly because my pencilly stuff is messy, the less detail the easier it is to outline and understand for me - but I will have to redraw it as I dramatically failed on the colour, instead of using my black to shade over some red I used my navy blue and its dramatically awful!

another thing that bothers me is the lack of a good sharpened pencil and the less colors I have I mainly need

ahh, same! I now use mechanicals for my standard pencil, but i have to sharpen the tip of some of my colouring ones with a sandpaper pencil block o.o;

That's why I stick with what I got either color pencils, crayons, markers, or what ever to draw cause I'm not good at digital art work well or that other professional art work either

Best way to work, its allways hard to work with something if you set yourself out a specific media! I also hated digital art (and am terrified of graphics tablets) though I think I am getting the hang of it, though it can be such a pain for detail!

They are apparantly easy to use when you get the hang of them, but I dont have steady hands, so i cant use them so well!
