1 Cup Vegetable shortening
1 Cup Sugar
1/8 Tea spoon Salt
1 Egg
1 Table spoon butter
3 Cup All purpose Flour

Mix the shortening and sugar until creamy, then add the egg, butter and salt. Sift the 3 cups of flour and add it to the rest little by little until it forms a ball, then form little balls and place them in a cookie tray. ** If you want them to have the sprinkles just put sprinkles in a little plate, take your polvorones balls and press them down into the sprinkles.** Bake them for 15 or 20 minutes at 350 °F
