Reminds me of that puzzle something like:
There are 10 kids in the class. The teacher says: "close your eyes and il put either a red or blue hat on u." if a child saw four Or more other wearing a red hat, they got a red balloon, if not, a blue balloon. Some of The kids went home with red balloons. How many had blue hats on?

Heehee, this reminds me of the second game, where there's a bunch of balloons at a festival and Luke says "As a gentleman, I feel it is my duty to take one of these balloons."
