The blur tool is my new best friend
I spent a long time on this, and it turned out pretty close to how I wanted!
I’m still experimenting with shading and colours, so it may look a bit off in some places.
Anyhoo, this guy is a (somewhat) older OC of mine, and I plan to draw him more. His name is Chortle, if you couldn’t tell by the title.
