He's the god playing puppet with all the characters in this world, hating them all as much as he hates himself.
Lives on the top level of the tallest tower on the tallest mountain. You'd surely die if you try to climb it and reach him. Every so often mingles with the mortals, only to return to his tower and ponder how best to punish these people more.
To him, running this society is business - not a very profitable one, but I assure you, your screams for mercy are profit enough.
