very nice IMO there needs to be a clearer line between the clouds and the
water, maybe making the lower ones a tad darker

I wanted them to be like a heavy fog rolling in over the water.

Those reflections really sell the depth here.  IMO the clouds are a little generic, they work, don't get me wrong.  However a little more attention to detail on the background would really put this on another level.  Not that it isn't lovely as is.

Thank you.
I admit the paint.net cloud plugin could you more tweaks for sure.  I will have to look into a better program any suggestions.

Honestly, I would personally take it to photoshop, and layer in my own clouds in strategically.  I have made preset brushes already, but I did that by cutting; pasting, warping, twisting, and adding perspective, from small cropping's of high quality stock photo's of the clouds in the sky.  Or gas clouds in nebula's from space pictures if you want to get crazy.  Layer effects like screen or overlay in photoshop really add depth to those types of patterns.  Just a friendly tip, take it or leave it.  Cheers.

I only have PS elements. But I'll see if it can do that. Thanks.
