Here's a halfway decent digital photo of the various small pieces I made in my semester of jewelry class. Unfortunately, it doesn't show the ivy ring on the bottom left very well, but I have better photos of it alone I can upload sperately.Related content

VERY lovely!
The only advice I would give you would be to sand off the oxidation on the pieces you have soldered. Use coarse sandpaper, and then fine sandpaper for a nice finish. I'll give the piece the shine and it will make it looking brand new.

Thanks, it's one of the things I made that I've gotten the most positive feedback on. I'd like to try making some more of them, but unfortunately, not being in a jewelry class anymore I don't have access to a studio to make them in. And I'm sure not going to set up a metal etching acid tub in my house...
Also, for what it matters, it's actually a pin, so it's sorta functional in so far as it's wearable.

I'm taking a jewelry metals class right now but I ended up giving away my pieces as Christmas presents xD My favorite has to be the butterfly because of the awesome perspective it has. But of course they all look niffty ^^
