in northwoods, we worked with a biology professor to test the health and eco-life of the stream.Βwe were all stunned at the enormous displays of wildlife. to sum it up, we found FRESHWATER SPONGES too. freshwater sponges? they are so rare because the only live in the least polluted and aka the healthiest of streams! i mean, look at how clear that water is! more pics to come

we waded in the stream as a group to herd them into a large net and then put them in the bucket. My bio professor wanted to count the amount we caught to tell how healthy the water's ecosystem was there. it was astonishingly super healthy and thriving with life!Β
