Isn't it funny how a guy whose power works about probability knows nothing about it? Learning at least the basics about the Math behind it would be advantageous.

For those who don't know anything about the count of probability: The likehood of any event happening can be described by a number from 0 to 1, when 0 means the event is impossible and 1 means it is certain. Let the probablitity of a certain event be 0.1. Then the probablity of it happening two times in a row is 0.1x0.1=0.01. The probablity of it happening three times in a row is 0.1x0.1x0.1=0.001. Four times in a row would be 0.0001. So yes, the probability decreases drastically. The odds of hitting a Jackpot are much lower to begin with, so the chances of hitting it multiple times are negligible.
If Shishigawara had been paying attention during his Maths class, he wouldn't be so surprised that his power loses its effectivity.
