It's time for another art piece with my Favorite Pterodactyl and new addition the My Little Pony series, Sunny Sally...
To tell you the Truth People, I'm not a big fan of that "My Little Pony" T.V. show crap. But when I was drawing some new pterodactyl gals to put in DA..I got so bored and a bit lazy I figured "Hey why not have one of'em put on some clothes and make'em as a "My Little Pony" Fan. While im not a fan of the choice behind the animal (nor do I understand the reasoning behind stamping "MLP" in the upper left corner) the willingness to use a spectrum separation of color palettes regarding the females skin and the interpretation of an upward pan with the angle of the females breasts and the formation of the clouds and sun at the top. Perhaps that is why you chose such a rhyme based title, but it is unclear (as well as the brown speckle/freckling of the breasts).
The viewpoint alone is enough to add to my favorites, as it's both enviable and rather hard to convey properly, especially when you're targeting/interpreting the form of your creation is such a manner as this (next to a popular character from animation that the artist interprets for example). Perhaps you may consider a less outlandish choice in the future for the character creation, if not an animal in it's entirety. Please understand when I make such comments that I'm basing any upon this artistry not off your public profile nor of what your potential fans/clubs may find either acceptable/desirable and in no way am making a targeted statement towards your preferences

Good morning!
In short, I like certain qualities of your art because not many people can do those qualities properly, but I don't really care for the choice in Sunny Sally's appearance. I was trying to be nice because I'm highly positive regarding the comment section of a couple of your pieces that you've encountered both ends of it i.e overly nice and unnecessarily mean commentary, so I wanted you to understand I wasn't targeting you because of any potential reasons behind her design that went beyond the art so to speak but because I don't particularly like her, just her in this setting.

Ah, well when I like certain aspects of pieces I try and let the artist know why I enjoyed or believed a piece such as this could've been done better. Sure I'll write 5 word sentences, but I want to properly convey why im impressed so that you can take a great feeling and use that to drive your next idea. Out of curiosity (and for benefit of this conversation) I decided to see if any other designs could show what I felt more clearly:

In that link as well, the creature (despite having an admittedly awesome bikini) is neither arousing nor enticing to my eyes as a viewer, much like this piece wasn't. BUT that background effect difference from when you started the project/end with the water effect, the rays of light and so on an so forth are amazing well done so despite not liking her I love the overall job and dedication, just as I did in this piece. It truly is that amazing to me that you can do it so well!Β

Cool lighting source and point of view, although looking up and having the clouds circling the sun gives a slight dizzying effect.

ooo well now...what have we here...some new lineart I see, I've seen many deviants use this stratagy and to be honest it's a good one. Black lineart is alittle unrealistic at times BUT...in your case wsache007 there is an exception, you are one of the very select few who are genuinely able to produce real high level deviations with the ordinary black lineart tactic. Although I obviously love to see you experimenting you should definately not be worrying about your choice of using black lineart, if that is in fact anyway the case.
