Description This was my old character and so I'm bringing him back and
remaking him. A "Killer Whale" named Velmont. Power over water and aliance with Air. His weapon is a 32ft yet high thick crack bullwhip.

Well you have to admit he is indeed a Killer whale. So with that facial expression, it does fit that personality.
