Wow, I've never seen a black phase turn so white! I've seen all shades of silver and half and half to even mostly silvery-white with black points bit this guy, he's like as white as an arctic!

It's a coloring. When a wolf is young they are all black as they age the turn silver (gray). Thanks for the interest!

Thank you for your understanding. It is very sad the lives some of the animals lead and how many peoples view them as either evil beasts or cute fuzzies to own. It would be so wonderful if wolves could live in the wild away from humans where they belong, but at this point it isn't possible so sanctuaries like us are there to do what we can to help and spread understanding. I'm part of an environmental think tank, we're currently writing a UN proposal *with the help of one of the most brilliant environmental lawyers on the globe* should it go through, everything as we know it should slowly but surely start to change. If it doesn't go through, it will be put to the public, where public pressure will force the government to take notice and amend laws *everything from illegal wildlife trafficking to biotechnology to culling etc. I usually do not have much faith in people but now and then, people surprise me

Not about wolves but its something which makes my stomach churn because it is the loss of innocents because of greed and a disrepect for life, I'd really appreciate it *more than you know*
