Both have the same generally miserable appearance, due in part to sunken in eyes and scruffy dark hair.

Both hail and are secondary main characters from two of the popular modern battle shonen mangas who are known for being batshit crazy and insane, which both started in the early 2020. (I noticed funny, Undead Unluck came out in January 19 with its first chapter while Chainsaw Man in January 20)

Two young girls who didn't have many friends growing up who after almost dying in an accident with the supernatural in their worlds but survived thanks to a concept personified (Andy and Yoru).

Their lives were always miserable and plagued with unluck, which started with the death of their parents, they would live for most of their lives in a world of solitude and loneliness, till they were dragged into the world of the supernatural and the dark sides of it, which often results them fighting against monsters born out of concepts and the subconscious of humanity (Devils and Umas)

Once dragged into it, they would meet and saved by their first love of their life, a reckless, insane and generally all kinds of batshit person with a miserable past who also are immortal with near unkillable regen, who also have a heart of gold hidden in them beneath all that insanity, and they also uses bladed weapons (Andy and Denji)

They are the opposites of god (Hybrid and Negator) thanks to their abilities, who are very similar in that when they are really attached and love something, it becomes more potent with their ability which they have to touch to make it work (Fuuko needs to have an attachment and love for something to cause her Unluck effect and Asa can make anything that she has a attachment into a weapon) and it is very noted that this ability is/would be at its strongest when it’s directed at the Man they love

Both have a quest of killing a nigh unstoppable and all powerful being that is known for being the most terrifying and powerful thing ever, which is showcased by them having the ability to change the world by screwing with concepts as a whole and the human mind and history with it, which has influenced the two of them both generally and personally (first just as humans, and Yoru and Negator) (Chainsaw Man/Pochita and God) (it’s also a contrast since Fuuko wants to hunt down a God while Asa/Yoru want to hunt down a Devil)

Both at them were betrayed and had to fight against their newfound friend who they just knew a while ago (Yuko and Billy) because they wanted to make the unfair into fair with their very drastic and sudden decisions which they planned a while ago, but still felt attachment to them and tried saving them to no avail

⁠During their journey, they would have a crisis of sorts relating to their personal stories, having a sense of uncertainty in one's self of the problems they face and their love (Fuuko fearing her future and life with Andy with the overall threat of the world alongside the safety for the Union, and Asa facing against the reality and solidarity that her live is, and her general relationship to Denji as a whole).

The both of them also wanted to die, because of all the misery and pain that their unlucky-ness have brought into their lives

Also something funny, in their first chapters, both have a scene where they left their enemy behind them while a giant explosion happens behind them in a page and a double page

Guess they contrast in that Fuuko becomes more bubbly and and eccentric while Asa is currently more anti social and is always about to have a panic attack at any moment
