I really like the way you did her teeth here. In most portraits the teeth are hidden or underemphasized. Whenever they're rendered in detail, as here, it adds a particular mood -- verisimilitude, partly, but my theory is that seeing teeth gets our attention, triggers a faint instinctive twinge in the viewer's limbic cortex.
