This is one of the photographs that does look better with HDR.
You have perfectly processed the vehicle into one hell of a picture, fantastic.
Just one question, I have the feeling that the blur on the car's sides was added in the process, is my feeling correct?

There is a natural focal depth in the picture, but your feeling is right
that I strengthened the blur a little in photoshop to lead the eye even more to the object.
Of course, there is also a simplifying tool (topaz), which you will recognize especially
on the street structure in the foreground. This tool also influences the blur characteristic.
