Woohoo, I saved my sign for last. What's crazy is how dead-on the traits and colors are! O_O Plus, I like how suave and responsible you made Capricorn look.. 
I am pretty mature.. when.. I'm looking into important reputation and such, which pretty much merges with being responsible. "Designing"? Being an artist or something? But I also love fashion designing, too, but I usually just draw my characters in any fashion ideas.
"Patient", yea, I'm incredibly patient, usually use that trait for idiots in person that I meet.. XD haha. "Traditional" not sure exactly what all that means.. all I can think of is like.. drawing? D: But I do digital art, too.. Unless it means the whole "traditional" like how men work and women stay home? I dunno.
And colors, I always wear constant earthly colors, I mostly wear brown and tan, because of my jacket I've been wearing for so long

Capricorn is a goat/fish, right? Funny, less than an hour ago I found a goat tied up outside the Canadian Tire xD Some young couple came and picked him up when they were done in the store, I guess his name is Gruff.
Who has a pet goat? xD
As for the picture, this has to be one of my favourites so far. I love the young sophisticated boys, and those clothes are just kick-ass x3

Capricorn is amazing, one of my favorites (tied with Leo and virgo). The character appearances makes me think of a sophisticated Puck type character.

What highly amuses me that the description and most of all the picture of your boy is the COMPLETE opposite of what my brother is; and it's his sign.
He's not as suave or learned as your fellow is depicted. My brother is more self serving, greedy and all about making himself look big. Maybe he's a cusp like me XD
I like the colours you keep using for your horoscope themes- they're combinations I don't normally see, and it's very refereshing. Where did you get the colour lists for each of the signs?
I also like how the further objects like the tail and hooves are darker- but then highlighted by the red.
I have to say that I've always thought Capricorn was one of the more strange and creative creatures.
