Cool; I love animals in worldbuilding. Were they only kept for their meat or were they also used as draft animals or something?

Thanks! And of course, in themselves they are of interest for their meat, milk, and skin, but their use as draft and pack animal is also of huge importance for agricultural works as well as transport of goods and peoples. They also carry a great religious significance as the best kind of blood sacrifice in most cultures, the ultimate best being the offering of a pregnant one, and so their horns in particular is a symbol of divinity omnipresent in religious iconography as well as royal headwear.
