I might have to check these out. Currently I don't have a (Working) Printer. But so I would just print it out and then cut and assemble? Is it just normal computer paper?

I've never tried to use standard paper... it might work... though they would be super fragile, I'd think. I always use 110# cardstock. (Easy to find at any office supply store).
I'm working on developing a game using these miniatures but if I want to sell a boxed version online then I'll need to have all original characters :/

Maybe. But I still don't know how that would play out. You'd have to make no mention of the brand name. OC's or not.
