Here he is, for my 300th Devition I give to you the Leader of Cog nation, Scott, He was the young boy with an obsession for power, he is blinded by the mask he wears but the core's Spirit Guides him, making him a fearless and feared leader of Cog nation, he singlehandly rebuilt cog nation from the Ruins he found it in, He is well respected by the Civilians of Cog nation and the soldiers, Because he occasionally walks around the nation's controlled reagions to check on everyone and offers to help them.

He is a toon Rabbit, he has a younger brother, who is Mac, He knows a few of the high ranking assassin's well because he use to be friends with them when he was young, the sword he is holding is knowly mostly as "The core's blade", A legendary blade wielded by the old Leader, and can only be wielded by leaders of the Nation, so Black captains can also wield this blade, the leader can also chose soldiers to have the honor of holding the blade and guarding/using it in the parades that happen.
