I have no clue. I woke up one morning and I was banned. My guess is that since my birthday was coming up, I posted a journal and was like.

I would say, you have to email dA directly or find out their contact and call their offices. Possibly have your parent verify for you that you're older than 13. Maybe have your parent email them as well because this whole thing is an unfair mistake of their own.

i just delete the bottom white background layer in photoshop and save it as a .png. like magic.
