These hulking aliens are so bloodthirsty and violent, even towards their own kind it is a miracle they survived past the genesis of their species. Because of how aggressive they are they have to be bed special beans and be surgically altered by form of a "Brain Gouging" which replaces most of their nervous system with computer parts. This makes them ideal bodyguards as they can be "Activated" when needed and they will surely cause enough damage and carnage for the one they are guarding to escape. That's just the bodyguard variety. Man-Manglers on the other hand are unaugmented Bulrukks, filled with primal rage and battle lust. before battle they are chained up inside crates which are carried to the front by slaves, then unleashed onto their victims. They are generally only deployed in very small numbers, small enough that the rest of the force they are deployed with can eliminate them if they cannot be recaptured (which often they cannot)
