I like the theme of the series, expressed with the coffee color. It's also playful, which seems appropriate for the theme. There are two minors things that bother me. The horizon line was creating some tension in the piece for me. This is usually good (having tension) but I didn't like it. It took me awhile but I figured out that it would look better if you put it slightly behind the bunny or slide the bunny slightly below it. Also, I'd like the moon/sun to be more symmetrical but that's probably taste. Overall, I really like this piece! It has a very modern and whimsical feel.

Thank you for taking time to write this critique! I agree with you that sun is a bit too vivid, in reality it is a bit more fading colour. But being that white it makes us to remember that it is the only star that brings light to our world!

I tend to really like coffee art as the medium creates a great effect of antiquity in the pieces- making them look more like vintage. By creating a sense of antiquity on the piece also means that it creates a sense of nostalgia. I think that the coffee-effect really worked as the panda-rabbit smiles, the vintage effect of the coffee gives a sense that he is your long-lost friend found again or someone equally special.

I also love the originality of merging a panda and a rabbit which creates a new character, of course. Both a panda and a rabbit are cuddly and a rather popular choice of toys for young children, which again suggests memories from childhood.

The only (what I think anyway) critic that I give is that the panda-rabbit don't really stand out as it should in this piece, since it's not big enough (but the size of the panda-rabbit can also give it an endearing look). The moon (or sun) above the panda-rabbit stands out more than it which makes the viewers draw to it more than to the panda-rabbit. I suggest either "cleaning" up the panda-rabbit a little or make the moon a little darker.

Other than that, WELL DONE!

Thank you so much for this very nice critique! You are the very first one to say about the old friend bunny, I should confess I really thought about this cute little animal as my dear friend while drawing this!!
And I should have done tha panda bunny a bit lighter, you are totally right!
huggg!
