Description
Woodspirits are often enslaved and shackled by mages to aid in all kinds of woodworking. Not only do they increase productivity and ensure otherwise impossible ways to work the wood, they are also essential in the crafting of magical wooden weapons, as they can make it hard as steel and still flexible like bamboo.
If the tasks are done, the mage usually kills the spirit (in his or her defence, he/she will have to listen to all the vile remarks and foul language the spirit has to offer), for it did not take well to being enslaved and of course wants to murder the mage as well. By the way, the shackles can be reused.
