Wow, this is awesome! I love the background, and his character design is super cool. Like Fail-Seeker said below me, it is very reminiscent of Okami. I really love this!

Yeah, it looks really nice! The one thing I might give you a tip on is the clouds?? I think they could look fuller and fluffier. But that's just my opinion. It looks great either way. ^^
