Description
I'm coughing out a lung that I never knew was there
And I'm pretty sure I'm going bald - my bed is full of hair
I grew an extra nostril in the middle of the night
And now it's drooling down my face - a triple-nostril fright.

My eyes are going wacky and moving 'round my head
I guess you could say now that it's hard to sleep in bed
I have to stand on tripod-legs to get my beauty sleep
My shirts and shoes and other clothes are no longer very cheap.

I can touch the ceiling with the bottom of my arm
My mother yelled at me last night that father was alarmed
They tried calling the hospital when i came down to eat
Apparently they were frightened by the size of my new feet.

So now that I wished on that star to grow nice and big and special
That stupid little glowy dot that helped the sky stay speckled
Has given me these growing pains that make my body weird
And ever since I made that wish......
.........that speckle dissappeared.
