Oh its where an artist will take notice that their page view count is oging to hit a special number (whatever number that may be XD ) And so they announce that the person who stumbles upon their page and finds that they have that number will win either a drawing of their choice, poetry, writing, photography etc etc. And so if you stalk them enough, you might get the number on your screen. At which point you would take a screen print and submit it as a deviation and send them a link to the artist to show that they won~
