Is the smoke suppose to be something else or is it that colour 'cause it goes well with the background? Very nice use of contrast with the bloke shrouded in shadow and the cigarette guy in light, even though he looks like he should be the one in the shadows what with that unhappy face. Yeah, that's no happy face.

It's a lovely piece! The only issue I'm seeing is the money seems a bit small and Charles' hand is a bit too large. Otherwise it's very nice.
