Personality: Spindrift is the opposite of Rainbowdash. Where she is loud he is quiet, where she is reckless he is careful, where she is intense he is calm. He’s much more similar to his Father, taking on a more gentle nature, although he does not share the same flying talent. Spindrift feels much more comfortable in the water, particularly in the ocean on a surfboard shredding the waves. He’s not one for all of the competitive flying that his parents do and prefers to just go for leisurely flights despite the inheritance of ultimate flight genes. His chosen profession of a lifeguard allows him to use his incredible swimming skills while he aspires to open his own surf shop someday. It was hard for his parents to accept that he didn’t want to fly, and it took them years to stop pressuring Drift into what they wanted him to do. As a result of those years Spindrift prefers to be more independent and enjoys his time alone, being able to make his own decisions and choose his own path.
