I attempted perspective. I think it turned out well
I seriously almost forgot his eyebrows. I was almost finished with the whole thing before I figured out what was wrong with his face. How embarrassing xD

THIS IS GORGEOUS! I love the perspective! And the shading oh my goodness! Ima put a small critique here ;u;
The leg positions look a little wierd. It seems that he is standing On air xD if he is jumping, being his legs up a bit. Like a ninja lol. The wing are ok but I suggest you add a bit more feathers in the middle and shade them. ;u; since it seems like he is jumping or flying upwards,(correct me if I'm wrong XD) then his tail should be going downwards. Due to the air force and praise when he moves upward. Hope I make sense xD

Yes, I'm starting to agree with you on the legs. I was going for a more about-to-land look, but I don't think I really managed it very well xD Yeah, more detail on the wings would have helped.
Lol, well, he was going down, so his tail and hair would go back, but I see that the pose may not have been clear :'D
