Here is my new character FINALLY finished! Yay!
Now as shes new, I'd adore some fanart of her if you guys have nothing to do in your spare time.

Either way I've had this design in the back of my mind for ages and at the time i was busy (making itcons and such) I had no free time to do her, but thank god for the weekend!

Thank you ^^ And well, If you use the select tool, it will soon slect around the character you have drawn, just click a new layer and fill it with whatever colour and move it so it is behind the character and that's all there is to it ^^
