Stumbled across a character that I drew back in 2015 and just had to redraw this. Been working between Book illustration and art trade work recently which is why this hasn't been completed until now.

My original idea for her was that she is a witch of good intent, happily giving away good dreams to all children who still believe.

Outside of being good, once every so often she would have to somehow keep her life energy a light to keep providing dreams to the little ones.
In order to do this she would select a naughty child, sneak into their room and leave behind an shadow star. This star would appear as a small star like burn under the child's bed when awake, but once he or she went to sleep...it would glow and absorb their good energy. Thus giving them bad dreams.

She dislikes doing so but she does it for the benefit of herself and the good children.
