Description
This is my version of Midna from The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess.She was cute already but I wanted to make her even cuter. : P

Most people I know really are not that satisfied with Midnas official true form. Especially when she started speaking. That voice really does not fit her in this form.
But this one you drew, I really really love it, and I think most other people would do.
It bears resemblanceΒ to the Midna you throughout the whole game, and also is very cute^^ I think the voice also would quite fit, even in this "more adult" state.

I agree! While I do like the look of Midna's official true form, it didn't make sense to me that this super elegant princess would suddenly behave in an impish way just because that was the form she was forced into. But I guess Nintendo's version was much more dramatic to reveal than my version would've been.

I totally understand. Try and let your artwork be your emotional outlet. And never do it for anyone else but you. If you try and please everyone else, you will always feel inadequate. Who cares if no one cares or "gets it"? Focus more on doing it to make *you* happy, and maybe the creativity will flow again.

I really like this design! I feels a lot more like Midna than that regal princess we got at the end of the game. If her curse was broken and this was the result I wouldn't have been very surprised at all. lol

I agree! I loved her mischievousness and humor in her impish form. I thought that was just her character, not due to the transformation. That was one of the few disappointments I had with Twilight Princess. Zant was the other. lol

The way this was done makes her look like a teenager. You should do a version of her with an orange hair so it seems more like she is just a teenager and not your own version...even though you own version is awesome.

For most of the game Midna appears impish and almost child-like, but I always kind of considered her to be a young adult, maybe close to Link's age. I hadn't intended to make her look as though she had "grown up," but to make a more human version of her that I felt reflected her age. And while I agree that orange hair would have been truer to Midna's original design, I have always enjoyed tweaking existing characters to my liking, which usually involves giving them some of my own features (like the green eyes and brown hair). It's like my version of cosplay.
