Though, basically piece 12 is just part of the bottom half of Umbreon's mouth, or the tip of the chin. It is attached to both piece 11 and piece 13, and hopefully the pictures will show you exactly where and how piece 12 is supposed to go

It really did help thanks^^ i realize now that i had put together the actual mouth wrong and that's why i couldnt figure it out :/ but thanks for the help so much!
