Toriel it's more quiet and less maternal, she lost her hands when asgore knew that she was helping a human (chara), when asriel died she was sent to the ruins to kill every human who falls.
Often she referred to asgore as a murderer.
Her relationship with sans it's stable because she feels less misunderstood when she talks to him.
The only reason that she help frisk it's because she's only a kid, but when frisk forgives her, she realizes that she has to follow her path.
