i dunno i literally was like bored and decided to draw this.. i was like, " OMG im go nna draw POPEYE!!1" and then i started doing it.. i started out with some tests that look like a$$ that no one will EVER see, but i like the way the final one came out ^ ^ im starting to color it in photoshop so know that new stuff is comeing

I used to watch the cartoon when I was a little kid. I like how you portrayed him. There was a movie a decade or two back with Robin Williams who played Pop-eye, and he did a really good job, he looked and acted and talked just like Pop-eye in the cartoons.
