Finally~ I have her up. I spent 4 days on her design and 7 hours on coloring this xD I feel accomplished. Any who, I have had a lot of Naruto Ocs in the past but I have never really took my time to develop them. I'd usually just throw them together and play around with them. This time I wanted to make a character that I'd take time with and develop her character instead of rushing it.
