The sword is on the wrong angle. For something like that to work you'd need to look in to perspective drawing. Having said that, the character himself looks pretty cool.

Yeah, this character was originally shorter, I made him taller but forgot to do the same for the arms. It was bad planning on my part, but next time it'll be better!

Yeah, I noticed too. I think it is because I based his arm on mine, and my arms are double jointed LOL
I guess you can also say that my character has double jointed arm : P
