It's there, running from amidship to the bow right through the array of archer missile silos. Its not showing up too well here because the dim blue lighting makes it appear black. Its slightly more visible here: [link] (though not much)

Perhaps someday... but it needs a complete redesign to keep in line with all the new canon that has been released since '07
