Dude, I start school tomorrow.
I finished my many weeks of band camp.

Im in color guard.
I used to think it was preppy and they were like cheerleaders, but my friends convinced me to try it out.
I do like it, but some of the band doesnt like us.
I know why, though.
A lot of the girls dont show respect and shit.
But whatever.

I will never again think that people in band are weak.
BC killed me.

Yeah, we compete.
We go to BOA and stuff.
We sometimes compete with the band, and sometimes by ourselves.

We are the people that dance and have flags and shit.
This year we are also spinning the wire of umbrellas.

we dont compete [thank God]
but annoyingly enough, i go to the biggest and richest public high school in the area, so "we have to be the best!" [One of my band directors has honestly said this before. I almost cried.]
