Description
This is a mod of the theme made by satya164If you have a few bucks to spare please go here and purchase the theme, it will really help them out a lot.
Installation:
Extract the zip file to the themes directory i.e. /usr/share/themes/
Use a tool like gnome-tweak-settings to change the theme.

Hi,sorry for the inconvenience, could you tell me how to have my eOS exactly like yours?(the one on the preview), because i saw some people using this theme but no one looks exactly like yours,most I've seen look a bit green but in the preview it looks different
