Here is the complete layout for the Evagnelist band (good friends of mine). Old school doom/heavy stuff.Photos for the layout had been taken at the Rakowicki Cemetary in Cracow.

I personally would have made one spread where the photo is on the right side, but other than that this is high class work. Very nice.
