Hello beautiful ;* My latest art.. I dunno I would say it's inspired by annah but its really not. I started off like that but I just let the piece develop the way it seemed more natural and it started to look more hopeful from the darkness or I dunno ahaha not depressing but not happy. 


Anyways I really focused on the shading on this. Trying to take in consideration the lighting from the rays. ^^

Love the song inspiration - good song! The feeling you portrayed with this is exactly what you said you were going for; not depressing but not happy. The mane is really neat! I like how it was all braided and now it's falling out, makes me wonder what this horse's story is. The hair, by the way, is the most real hair I've ever seen on a manipulation - fantastic work! Love this overall, really!

OH THANK GOD IT TOOK ME ALL DAY. LITERALLY STARTED IT AT 9:30 AM. IT IS NOW 8:30 PM. Of course I took amble cookie breaks BUT STILL.
