I've wanted to draw Orange Swirl for a while- not as a chibi, like her reference is, but as a full pony. However, I've never really liked how she would come out when I tried to draw her... Until now!I drew her being a bit silly, sticking her tongue out. This is probably what she looks like when she's being smug, or has just heard or thought something funny.
Cell shaded, because I've been practicing that, and I like how it looks on ponies compared to my other shading style uvu
