No, you go right ahead and ship the hell out of these two. That's the only ship involving me I am absolutely okay with actually, Me x Me. Any other ship feels weird when it's either someone else's fictional characters, or an actual person who I'm friends with.
I've always imagined the character of "Xain" and Vivid to have a very strong Bromance anyway.
