Lestat de Lioncourt and Louis de Pointe du Lac.I couldn't resist this after all of the Chronicles I've been reading lately.. finishing Blackwood Farm and revisiting upon Tale of the Body Thief.
I'm not necessarily a fan of Louis, but I love how tormented he is. It's not that he's angsty (which of course, he is), it's the simple fact that he's tormented.. if that makes sense. I love him for his wretchedness, thus the suffering look on his face.
And Lestat, of course... how could he ever be pictured without some sort of sly, arrogant grin on his face? I love Lestat. Love him to pieces.

You've got to read at least up through Memnoch the Devil.. that one and Tale of the Body Thief (the one just before it) are my favourites of the series, they're the most spiritually involving as well.. which is what makes them interesting, they're the same old story, with a twist.

Thanks! Heh, although I love Brad, and I love his incarnation of Louis... I always thought of him more as a pathetic, whining little wretch, constantly wallowing in his little hovel of misery and suffering, unkempt and indifferent, clinging to what's left of his weak, human soul.
And of course, his willing submittance to Lestat, even though secretly he wishes for his independance... which I sort of tried to capture here.
