Finally I have finished this one.Well, this is Kurotsuchi Mayuri from the manga Bleach. From Chapter 123: Pledge My Pride To . My favourite Bleach chapter. Ever.
He looks so frigging maniac here.Done it with smudge, burn, and dodge tool. Photoshop CS 3. And of course, my PC with its mouse.

Ahh... I'm not so good at giving critiques, but since it says over here Advanced Critique Encouraged, I'll do my best.
Firstly, onto to the good stuff: I think you've already got all the shading placements right, and you've already mastered that part. Also, I myself am unable use the Dodge and Burn tool well, so I applaud you for managing to do so (seriously, I always mess up with it)
But even so, it seems that it is a bit messy? Though it's reasonable for it to be messy in Full View. That just means you shouldn't give out the full-sized version you coloured with as a deviation, but instead, give out a resized version so then your faults won't show.
Also, as a suggestion, I'd simply recommend changing the colour of the lines, because surprisingly, it has a huge impact. I don't mean changing it to another colour completely though, to stay with your grayscale theme. Something like using a Screen layer on top of it, draw white blobs on that layer where the light hits Mayuri, and smudge it around just like when shading.
Therefore, the part of the lineart hit with the light will also have a lighter colour. But I'm not sure if I explained it well, so I'll just excuse myself now~~ *runs off*

Actually, for the shading, I have some reference from 'there' and 'there'. 
For the image size, have thought of it before, but because of my laziness (and my sleepiness at that time), so I think I would resize it next time.

xDDD Well, if you're trying to make him more maniacal, perhaps you should make the shading a bit more intense instead? So then the contrast between the lighting and the shading shows even more~ (think scenes where evil masterminds laugh maniacally. There's always some intense shading there~)
