Aaah, again with the wonderful coloring! It looks so creamy and flowing~! Aaah, the pose is so lovely. It's so dynamic and interesting! It's not at all boring or dull; the tangerine in the gryphon's mouth looks so natural! It doesn't look like it's been "placed there", so to say. :3

I did the coloring on sketch paper this time instead of regular printer paper. I liked it, I thought it made it look good so that's what I worked with. ^..^

I absolutely adore the pose on this, very playful, very Herbl like :3 I love the headshape too XD I might have to try that one sometime, and I really like the ears, tail and wings.

I thought Herbl would act like this. I was looking around your gallery and took note of the different poses you seemed to put Herbl in and I thought it would suit him well enough, so that's what I put down. Of course, after many tries, that is. xD
The shape of the head... Heh, I thought you would get mad at me for that. I have problems with making dog-heads and if something has a beak, I automatically make it a bird head according to what that beak is and what type of skull it belongs to. I am glad you want to try it instead of disliking it for it's not-dogness.
The ears, tail, and wings were fun. I especially liked working with the toucan beak and fitting the eyes and ears along with it. I had a lot of fun with this peice and after I was done, I found so much fault in the markings and stuff that I really hoped you wouldn't notice. XD Sorry about all of the mismarkings that are there.

Herbl is very playful, and I think you bought that out quite well in the picture :3
I don't notice any mis-markings, not that I'm horribly pedantic with them anyway, I would rather see what people make of my character, rather than see what I make of my character :3
