From what I got off of Google Translate (sorry, I'm not bilingual so I don't know much Spanish), but the description, when translated from Spanish to English reads:
"Well, take the joke in reference to The Simpsons. As you can realize, I thought, a girl in the Robot Masters, I have to make a joke with that and I did."
I don't get The SimpsonsΒ reference he's pointing out in the comic though.

It reminds me of that simpsons episode where Bart goes to a military school for discipline and Lisa goes to as she doesn't find her class activities challenging and when the sergeant introduces Lisa, he say to one of the cadets 'Your no longer the girliest cadets here' in which he responds in a girly voice, 'Well, we'll see about that'.
